Bookings are welcomed via phone call, text, WhatsApp and email. Bookings via social media may be accepted at the Company's discretion.
Appointments must be paid for within 24 hours of booking, via BACS, using the following details:

Booked appointments are confirmed only on receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.
Any appointments not paid for within the allotted 24 hours will be made available again for others to book.

Cancellations are accepted via phone call, text or email, where proof can be provided.
The charges for cancellations are as follows:​

• >48 hours* before = No charge
  
• 24 - 48 hours before* = 50% of the appointment cost
• <24 hours* = 100% of the appointment cost
  *Applies to Business Working Days only. Cancellation of Monday appointments must be received by the previous Thursday to avoid charges.
  
  

Annual Membership instalments are to be paid monthly via Direct Debit. Services will be provided as follows:
Bronze Membership (£11 per calendar month):
Equine Physiotherapy at 6 months and 12 months

Equine Physiotherapy at 6 months and 12 months

1 x Rider Analysis at >3 months (of the Rider's choice)

2 x Rider Analysis at >3 months (of the Rider's choice)

*Annual Members are also eligible to receive £5 off any additional 'Equine Follow Up' sessions as part of their package.
